Tinder sticks also called Maya sticks are made of stumps from cultivated pine (fatwood) and they contain 80% resin.
They are extremely easy to light and work even when wet.
They burn long and hot giving you the chance to get your fire well established.
Just 1 or 2 sticks will light any fire or BBQ.

Fatwood is 100% natural, with no chemicals or additives.
User friendly, safe, clean and non-toxic.

They can be feathered with a knife or scrapped to form tinder powder both of which can be easily lit with a fire steel.

Perfect to pop into your rucksack for when you need them, they do not go off or expire and can be stored for a long time.

As this is a natural product the exact weight will vary between 200g - 220g.
